- 2 T. flour
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- ¼ lb butter, melted
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 4 slices white bread, crust removed, cubed
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine ingredients in large bowl, mixing till just blended together.
- Place in greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes
