- 1 cup hot diced potatoes
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 tbsp chopped onion
- 2 chicken bullion cubes
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1 tsp butter
- Put all ingredients in order listed above into blender.
- Cover container and operate on grate for 1 minute.
- Pour contents into sauce pan and heat thoroughly, stirring frequently.
NotesAnother Deibel Family favorite! My mother-in-law can do wonders with potatoes - maybe we should call her the "Potato Lady" um...don't tell her I said that! LOL!
