Angel Acres Cream of Potato Soup
1 cup hot diced potatoes
2 cups whole milk
1 tbsp chopped onion
2 chicken bullion cubes
1/3 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 cup light cream
1 tsp butter
Put all ingredients in order listed above into blender.
Cover container and operate on grate for 1 minute.
Pour contents into sauce pan and heat thoroughly, stirring frequently.
