Angel Surprise Dessert
1-1/2 cups milk
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese,softened
1 (3 3/4 ounce pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
4 cups angel cake cubes
1 (13-14 oz. can crushed pineapple,drained
1 (12 0z.)pkg. dessert topping mix
In a small mixing bowl,gradually blend milk into the cream cheese, beating until smooth.
Add the pudding mix and beat at low speed until smooth and slightly thickened,about 2 min.
Pour the pudding mixture over the angel cake cubes, stirring to coat.
Turn into an 8*8*2 inch baking dish.
Spread the drained pineapple over the tip.
Prepare the dessert topping mix according to package directions.
Spread over all.
Chill several hours or overnight.
