1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
3 drops red food coloring
30 nut halves (walnut or pecan)
Soak bread crumbs in condensed milk to which the extract and coloring have been added. Add chopped nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Top each with a nut half; bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
