Serves 24 muffins | Prep Time 20-25 | Cook Time 20


4 1/2 cup All- Purpose Flour (homogeneous mixture)
1 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar (C12H22O11) (pure substance)
2 tsp baking powder (homogeneous mixture)
1/2 tsp salt (NaCI) (pure substance)
3 eggs (heterogeneous mixture)
1 1/2 cup milk (homogeneous mixture)
3/4 cup salad oil (homogeneous mixture)
3 cup blueberries (heterogeneous mixture)

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, eggs, milk, and oil

Stir together (do not beat)

Fold in berries

Fill lined cupcake tins 2/3 of the way up

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes

Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top

Let cool and eat!!

These muffins are easy but delicious!! CHEMISTRY INFORMATION: When the muffins rise and expand in the oven, this is a sign of a chemical change. The smell that comes from the baking muffins is evidence of another chemical change. Juices being released from the blueberries and turning the muffins blue is a physical change. The ingredients being mixed into a dough before the berries are put in is a physical change.
