Anne's Cheesy Potatoes
1 (32 oz) frozen hash browns, thawed
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup milk
1 pint (16 oz) sour cream
1 (8 or 10 oz) package cheddar shredded cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
In large bowl, mix together potatoes, soup, garlic salt, sour cream and cheddar.
Spread into 9x13 casserole dish (ungreased).
Sprinkle parmesan on top
Bake at 350 for one hour
Note: For a smaller serving size, can make 1/2 recipe in 8x8 square pan
