Anne's Raisin Stuffing
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 pkg. Jimmy Dean® pork sausage
1 c. (or more) brown or white raisins
1 pkg. Stovetop Stuffing®, Chicken Flavor
Put stovetop mix in large bowl. Make according to pkg. directions. Brown sausage. Remove from pan and drain. Brown celery and onion in butter. Add raisins, stir. Put mixture into stovetop mix. Add a few shakes poultry seasoning &/or sage. Bake at 325 degrees approx. 40 min.

My SIL is the one I thank for this recipe. I love stuffing with raisins and sage. DH thinks I'm weird, but even he admits this recipe is good!
