INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 1 hr 15 mins
- Servings: 6 to 8
- Preparation Time: 10 min
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 29 oz can of tomato purée
- 1 can tomato paste
- Few dashes Tabasco
- 1 jar hot salsa
- 1 can corn
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can black bean
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green pepper and onion
- 1 can rotel with habaneros
- 1 can of beer
- 1/2 TBS of chili pepper gel
- 1TBS of minced garlic
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 1/2 TBS agave nectar
- 1 tbs beef base
- Cayenne pepper
- 3 to 4 TBS chili powder
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 1/2 to 1 TBS coca powder
- Top finished chili with
- Shredded cheese
- Chopped onions
- Sour cream or plain Greek yogurt(a lower fat option)
DIRECTIONS
Brown meat with 1/2 onion and drain
Add all remaining ingredients draining excess liquid off simmer for 1 hour
Top individual portions with shredded cheese, chopped onions, sour cream or plain Greek yogart
If you dont like spicy then you can substitute medium salsa and use the original Rotel
*if you can't find agave nectar you can substitute honey
*you can fund the chili pepper gel in the fresh herb section of your supermarket

I found one that I thought was a good starter chili and one that had some complex flavors. I decided to take some ingredients from both and add a few of my own twists. This recipe is so delicious that i want to share with everyone. It got rave reviews from friends and family.
