- 1 pkg. colored pasta, salad season spice...I use Giant Eagles, 1/4 # Ham genoa salami, the following vegetables chopped into bite size pieces. 1 cucumber with the seeds removed, tomatoes, red and green peppers. Black and green olives. Cut in to small bite size the following: Salami, the packages of the following cheeses...Mozzerella cheese, Pepper Jack cheese and Cheddar cheese. In this recipe use as little or as much of anything that you want. 1 pkg. Good Seasons dry Italian salad dressing made to directions. Or you can use a bottle of ready made Itailan dressing.
- Cook pasta according to directions, drain and cool. Sprinkle with 2t. of salad season mix. Chop all vegetables and bar cheeses into bite size pieces and put them into a large bowl mix well. Add in the pasta mix and just before your ready to serve pour on the Italian dressing. Serve with some hot baked garlic bread and red wine on the side.
