Any Fruit Syrup
1 C fruit*
3/4 C sugar
1/3 C water
*bananas, mangos, any berries, etc. This will be quite thin.
Cook all until thick.
Squash fruit while cooking.
Press through strainer for a thinner syrup.
Serve over waffles, pancakes, french toast.
