Any fruit shortcake
Recipe from my Mom. It is so great with strawberries and quick.

PrintINGREDIENTS
- 1 stick of margarine
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
DIRECTIONS
Mix together with hands until soft dough forms. Then pat into greased 8x8 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
Break apart and serve with fruit and whip cream. Delicious!

Great shortbread for the fruit!! So easy and so good. Just a hint of sweet in the shortbread makes for a wonderful dessert. The juice soaks in and oh, my!! A great down home dessert.
