Aparagus Casserole

Ingredients

1 Can of Asparagus (drained)
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
3 boiled eggs (sliced thin)
1 cup of grated american cheese
15 Ritz crackers (crushed)
pats of butter or margarine for top


Grease or spray bottom of 1 quart casserole dish then start with bottom layers. First, can of drained Asparagus, cream of mushroom soup, sliced boiled eggs, grated cheese, Ritz crackers then pats of butter or margarine on top.


Bake at 350 degs. for 25 minutes or until cheese has melted. So easy and always a hit at family dinners.


This recipe is from my mother-in-law which she was a marvelous cook from Virginia and her name was "Granny B".
