Appetizer Sausage Meatballs
1 lb. pork sausage, raw
3/4 c. all purpose baking mix
2 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. onion, chopped finely
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Form mixture into 1 inch (2 1/2 centimeters) balls.
Place on cookie sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. Center temperature of the sausage balls must exceed 165 degrees Fahrenheit (73 degrees Celsius).
