Apple Bobber Cheese spread
2 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup applesauce
2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
BEAT all ingredients on medium speed until well blended; cover.
REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
SERVE with assorted crackers and apple and pear slices.
