Ingredients You'll Need
1 1/2 c. canola oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
4 c. chopped apples, peeled (Jonathon, Granny, or yellow delicious)
1-2 c. pecan halves
Directions
Cream oil, sugar, and eggs. Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Add apples and nuts. Mix well with hands. Put in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake 1 hr. 15 min. at 350 degrees. Turn onto plate immediately.
