APPLE CRISP

Ingredients

  • 6 apples, peeled and diced
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp plain sugar
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ stick butter, softened

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Combine apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar
  • In another bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and butter together to form even crumbs
  • Put apple mixture in a pie plate and top with graham cracker mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
