APPLE CRISP
INGREDIENTS
- 6 apples, peeled and diced
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp plain sugar
- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ stick butter, softened
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400
Combine apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar
In another bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and butter together to form even crumbs
Put apple mixture in a pie plate and top with graham cracker mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
