- ½ cup all purpose flour
- ½ cup regular oatmeal
- ½ cup sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup butter or margarine, melted
- Ice cream or light cream
