- 1 bag fresh spinach
- 2 granny smith apples
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- ⅓ cup apple vinegar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp celery salt
- Wash spinach and apples.
- Drain and add spinach to bowl with sliced apples and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl combine remaining ingredients for dressing.
- Toss in spinach, apples and sunflower seeds.
