APPLESAUCE CAKE
Applesauce Cake
I got this off of CakeCentral.com from "Joanna". It is real easy and quick. Very tasty too.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2C butter
- 1C white sugar
- 1C chilled applesauce
- 2C AP flour
- 1t baking soda
- 1t ground cinnamon
- 1/4t ground cloves
- 1/2c raisins
- 1/2c chopped walnuts
DIRECTIONS
Cream butter and sugar.
Add applesauce and beat well.
Stir in flour, baking soda, and spices.
Add nuts and raisins.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured 8 inch square pan.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until done.
Serve warm.
