1 beaten egg
1/4 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix crushed. (I use stove top stuffing mix)
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pound ground beef or ground raw turkey
In medium mixing bowl combine the egg, stuffing mix, applesauce and salt. Add meat and mix well. In a 9 inch microwave safe pie plate shape meat mixture into a 6 inch ring, 2 inches wide. Cover meat ring with waxed paper. Microcook meat on 100% power (high) for 7-9 minutes or till no pink remains, giving the dish half turn after 4 minutes. Let cooked meat ring stand, covered for 5 minutes.
