- 8-10 boneless chicken pieces
- 8 oz Thousand Island salad dressing
- 6-8 oz apricot preserves
- 1 pkg dried onion mix
- Mix salad dressing, apricot preserves and dried onion mix in a bowl. Dip the chicken pieces in the mixture and place in baking pan. Pour remaining mixture over chicken. Marinate several hours or overnight.
- Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
