8-10 boneless chicken pieces
8 oz Thousand Island salad dressing
6-8 oz apricot preserves
1 pkg dried onion mix
Mix salad dressing, apricot preserves and dried onion mix in a bowl. Dip the chicken pieces in the mixture and place in baking pan. Pour remaining mixture over chicken. Marinate several hours or overnight.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
