APRICOT CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 8-10 boneless chicken pieces
  • 8 oz Thousand Island salad dressing
  • 6-8 oz apricot preserves
  • 1 pkg dried onion mix

Directions

  • Mix salad dressing, apricot preserves and dried onion mix in a bowl. Dip the chicken pieces in the mixture and place in baking pan. Pour remaining mixture over chicken. Marinate several hours or overnight.
  • Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
