APRICOT DRESSING

Ingredients

  • 1 can (17-oz.) unpeeled apricot halves, drained
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/3 cup thawed frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted

Directions

  • Combine ingredients in the container of an electric blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Chill then serve over fruit salad, plain cake or frozen yogurt.
