APRICOT DRESSING

INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (17-oz.) unpeeled apricot halves, drained
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1/3 cup thawed frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in the container of an electric blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Chill then serve over fruit salad, plain cake or frozen yogurt.
