- 1 can (17-oz.) unpeeled apricot halves, drained
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1/3 cup thawed frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
- Combine ingredients in the container of an electric blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Chill then serve over fruit salad, plain cake or frozen yogurt.
