Artichoke & Spinach Dip - v1
1 cup mayo
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 (10 oz)package frozen chopped spinach, thawed (squeeze to drain)
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 (14 oz)can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
crackers or bread
Heat oven to 350.
Mix mayo and cheese in small bowl, stir in onions, spinach and artichokes.
Spoon into 1 qt casserole cover and bake 20-25 min.
You can also do this in the microwave. Cover micro-safe bowl with plastic wrap, folding one edge over to vent the steam.
Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.
