1 bar or 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
20 to 25 Ritz type crackers
1 (4 oz.) jar marinated
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grate Cheddar cheese coarsely.
Crumble Ritz crackers into pieces. Beat 4 eggs until thick and
yellow. Cut up artichoke hearts. (Save marinade.) Mix all
ingredients together including marinade. Turn into a buttered
8 or 9-inch square pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into
bite-size pieces, serve warm.
