1 can (12 oz) of Artichokes, not marinated 4 oz jar of marinated artichokes
1 onion 3 TBSP mayonnaise
8 to 12 oz bag of shredded Parmesan cheese
In food processor, pulverize the onion. In food processor, chop the artichoke.
Mix artichokes, onion, mayonnaise, and cheese all together in bowl.
Heat in 9 x 11 pan for approximately 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
For added spice, sprinkle 10-13 haberno or Tabasco drops on, before warming.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
