Artichoke Dip Recipe
14 oz. can artichoke hearts drained and quartered
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 T. minced onion
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 t. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Artichoke hearts can be cut smaller if desired.
Use the freshly grated parmesan cheese or the grated parmesan cheese in a cellophane package as opposed to the plastic jars of parmesan cheese. It comes out better.
