ARTICHOKE DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg of cream cheese
  • 1 jar of artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup of frozen spinach,
  • thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup parmesean cheese
  • 1/4 cup romano cheese, optional
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp fresh or dried basil
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzerella
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350'
  • Mix together
  • Bake for 30 minutes
  • Serve with tortilla chips or crackers, salsa and sour cream
