  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced or
  • mashed
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese,
  • shredded (approximately
  • 2 c.)
  • 1/3 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 tsp. oregano
  • 1/3 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
