  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1 pressed garlic clove
  • 3 medium roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbl fresh basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
    •

DIRECTIONS

Chop artichokes and red onion


Mix tomatoes, articokes, onion and garlic in bowl


Add basil and salt and pepper to taste


Chill 30 mins


Serve with Tortilla Chips
