ARTICHOKE SALSA DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1 pressed garlic clove
  • 3 medium roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbl fresh basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Chop artichokes and red onion
  • Mix tomatoes, articokes, onion and garlic in bowl
  • Add basil and salt and pepper to taste
  • Chill 30 mins
  • Serve with Tortilla Chips
