Artichoke and Parmesan Dip

Ingredients

1 can (14 oz.) quartered artichoke hearts, in water (not oil)

1 cup lowfat mayonnaise

1 cup parmesan cheese

garlic salt, season to taste

salt and pepper, season to taste


Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes

This is such an easy one--last minute hors d'oeuvres but people always rave and want the recipe.

My mom gave me this recipe and it has become a staple for me at dinner parties.
