Artichoke and Parmesan Dip
1 can (14 oz.) quartered artichoke hearts, in water (not oil)
1 cup lowfat mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese
garlic salt, season to taste
salt and pepper, season to taste
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
