Why I Love This Recipe

FOR VINAIGRETTE:

Step 1 :In a dressing bottle or jar with lid, add the olive oil, vinegar, petimezi, salt & pepper. Shake well and set aside.

FOR SALAD:

Step 1 :In a large, wide serving bowl add the arugula, top with sliced green onion, crumbled manouri cheese, pasteli pieces and pomegranate seeds, toss lightly.

Step 2 :Drizzle with dressing and enjoy!


Ingredients You'll Need

FOR SALAD:
4large handfuls pre-washed arugula
3ounces manouri cheese , crumbled
1bar pasteli crumbled (greek sesame honey bar)
2 green onions , sliced
¼cup pomegranate seeds
FOR VINAIGRETTE:
9tablespoons olive oil
3tablespoons balsamic vinegar
salt & pepper
1tablespoons petimezi (honey or molasses may be substituted)
