Asiago Cheese Dip
2 cups grated Asiago Cheese
2 cups mayo
2 cloves garlic
1 can artichokes in water, drained and mashed
Stir all of these items together.
Hollow out a loaf of sourdough, saving the lid. Put above mixture into hollowed-out loaf.
Put lid back on.
Wrap entire loaf in tin foil.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
Suggestion: Purchase flatbread, cut it up for dipping.
