Asian BBQ Chicken:
2 skinless/boneless chicken breast (cut in strips)
2 T. dijon mustard
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 t. red pepper flakes
1/4 c. chili sasuce
1/4 c. hoisin sauce
Marinate chicken in mustard, orange juice and dried pepper about 1 hr.
Combine chili sauce and hoisin. Grill or bake chicken til cooked
thoroughly. Brush w/ chili mixture and grillor bake til browned.
This recipe can also cooked in a pan/skillet.
After marinating, put chicken strips in hot skillet, cook til 1/2 done/
Pour remaining marinade in pan and cook til chicken is fully cooked but
