INGREDIENTS

  • 4 T sweet soy sauce
  • 2 C. hoisin sauce
  • 1 C. oyster sauce
  • 1 C. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 C. honey
  • 1/2 C. sweet sherry
  • 4 T. asian chili sauce
  • 1 C. plum sauce
  • 1/2 C. ginger, minced
  • 1/2 C. green oinion, minced
  • 1/2 C. sake
  • 4 T. basil, minced
  • 2 T. sesame oil

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients, whisk to incorporate.


Half this may be used to marinade the meat before grilling, sauteeing or baking.
