Asian Pork Roast
3- to 4-pound pork roast
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup orange marmalade (or apricot preserves)
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1. Combine soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup, and garlic in a cup; brush all over roast.
2. Put roast in a crockpot and pour the remaining sauce all over it. Cook on low all day (10 to 12 hours).
