Asian Pork Tenderloin
1 pork tenderloin, trim fat
1 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 cup extra virgin olive oil or vegetable oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
1 tbsp brown sugar
juice of one lemon
dash or two of hot sauce
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
slice pork tenderloin in 1 inch cubes. combine all ingredients. cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours, turning pork a couple of times.
grill pork until done, about 5-8 minutes each side.
reserve some marinade and pour over finished pork.
this recipe is easy to double. sometimes it's easier to add the soy sauce and olive oil to cover pork in marinating dish.
