Asian Seasme-Soy Noodles
8 oz udon, soba or Chinese wheat noodles, or linguine (I used udon)
2 tbsp dark sesame seed oil
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
1-2 scallions, thinly sliced
1. Cook noodles accordingly and drain.
2. Combine oil, soy sauce and honey in small bowl, stir to blend.
3. Combine noodles and sauce in serving container and toss well. Sprinkle with scallions and serve. Serve with Miso soup and some sushi for a great meal!
