ASPARAGAS WRAP

  • Preparation Time: 15.min.

Ingredients

  • 10 Asparagas spears
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. mayo
  • 10 slices balogna

Directions

  • Trim asparagas and blanch.
  • Blend mustard and mayo in small bowl.
  • Divide and spread the mayo mix on all slices of balogna.
  • Wrap each spear in a balogna slice.
  • Place all wraps on a microwave plate. Cover lightly with paper towells.
  • Cook on med. for 1 min. until hot. rotate plate and cook 30 sec.
