10 Asparagas spears
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp. mayo
10 slices balogna
Trim asparagas and blanch.
Blend mustard and mayo in small bowl.
Divide and spread the mayo mix on all slices of balogna.
Wrap each spear in a balogna slice.
Place all wraps on a microwave plate. Cover lightly with paper towells.
Cook on med. for 1 min. until hot. rotate plate and cook 30 sec.
