ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1 can cut asparagus (14 1/2 ounces), drained
  • 1 8 ounce can peas or frozen peas thawed, drained
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, small
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 sleeve ritz crackers
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

  • Mix together first 5 ingredients. Crush crackers over top and drizzle butter over the top. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
