1 can cut asparagus (14 1/2 ounces), drained
1 8 ounce can peas or frozen peas thawed, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, small
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 sleeve ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
Mix together first 5 ingredients. Crush crackers over top and drizzle butter over the top. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
