ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE
Asparagus Casserole

INGREDIENTS
- 1 can cut asparagus (14 1/2 ounces), drained
- 1 8 ounce can peas or frozen peas thawed, drained
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, small
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 sleeve ritz crackers
- 1 stick butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
Mix together first 5 ingredients. Crush crackers over top and drizzle butter over the top. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
