AUNT ADELE'S CREME-DE-MENTHE PIE
Aunt Adele's Creme-De-Menthe Pie
INGREDIENTS
- 16 chocolate wafers
- 3 TB butter
- 2/3 cup milk
- 26 large marshmallows
- 2 oz creme de menth
- 1 oz creme de cocoa
- 1 cup whipped cream
DIRECTIONS
Roll wafers for crust.
Mix with butter for 9" crust.
Bake shell at 400 degrees for 6-7 minutes. (Watch closely, just bake to set.)
Scald milk, add marshmallows and chill.
Add rest of ingredients and freeze pie.
