INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups flour
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cup coca cola
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- FROSTING:
- 1 stick butter
- 6 tablespoons coca-cola
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For cake, combine flour and sugar. Heat butter and coco cola to coiling. Pour over first mixture. Mix well and add remaining ingredients. Beat well. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Batter will be thin. For frosting: Combine butter and coke to boiling. Pour over sugar and cocoa powder. Whip and frost while frosting is hot.
