Aunt Jenny's Scottish Shortbread
1 lb. butter, softened
1 cup sugar
4 cups flour
Whip butter and sugar until creamy. Add flour, will turn into doughy-like ball.
Press into 9x13 baking dish or Pan. Prong with fork
Bake at 275 for 1.5 hours.
Cut into squares
Place back in oven until oven cools.
Prong dough about every 1/2 to 2 in.
