Aunt Judy's Chicken Salad
Chicken breast (cut into cubes or use a can of chicken breast in water - drained)
Small Shell pasta, as much as you want
Celery - I love celery so I put in about 4 ribs -you choose how much you want
boiled egg - I only use one my sister uses six
onion - chopped
sweet pickle relish
mix the sauce and let is sit in the fridge for awhile (let the sugar dissolve)
I have found that if you
keep the salad ingredients
from the sauce - it lasts
forever. AND you can
always make more sauce if
you need it.
OK that wasn't so bad, and believe me if I can do this anyone can.
