Aunt Judy's Slowboat to China
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 cup chopped celery
1 diced onion
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 (10-oz.)can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10-oz.) can water
1/2 = Cup raw rice, not instant
1 can chow mein noodles
Add onions, celery and saute for a few minutes.
Combine all of the ingredients
bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
add the chow mein noodles last and do not stir into casserole
