Aunt Judy's Taco Casserole
1 pkg. soft flour tortillas
1 Cup Sour Cream (or plain yogurt)
1 can Pinto Beans
1 Can canned chili meat
8 oz. Tomato sauce
1 tbls. grated onion
1 1/4 Cup enchilada sauce
1 small ctn. sour cream
1 Cup mexican flavored shredded cheese for the top
Chop and bake soft flour tortillas on sheet in oven at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. You need 4 cups to reserve a few for the top.
Mix ingredients and place 1 greased baking dish (except for sour cream and yogurt); mix these together and pour on mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese and extra tortilla chips. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through and it bubbles.
