Ingredients You'll Need

2-1/2 C flour
2/3 C butter
3/4 C sugar
1/4 C sour milk
1 C jam
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg


Directions

Butter and flour a cake pan.


Sift flour, salt, baking soda, and spices.


Cream the butter and sugar.


Add eggs one at a time.


Beat well.


Add jam


Fold flour into batter gradually, alternating with sour milk.


Beat until smooth.


Pour into cake pan.


Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
