Aunt Pat's FAMOUS mashed potatoes

Potato 

• Cooking Time: 5
• Servings: 2
• Preparation Time: 5
• 2 servings of mashed potatoes(agian i use instant)
• 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing
• 3/4 cup mozzerella cheese
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• 1/2 cup fried onions(i recommend frenchs)

cook mashed potatoes as directed by box

preheat oven to 350 degrees

add the ranch, sour cream and 1/2 cup cheese to potatoes

transfer to glass bakeware

cover with remaining cheese and fried onions

cook for 5 minutes

serve

My aunt would always make this alongside kielbasa and green beans. I make these with instant potatoes since i am only cooking for two and its a lot faster. I've addes the fried onions to the top but the rest is ALL Aunt Pat

*note*Aunt Pat used cubes of cheese, i use shredded, its up to you
