1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
2/3 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) lemon jello
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. apples, chopped fine
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Directions
Combine pineapple and sugar in saucepan.
Boil 3 minutes and stir while boiling.
Add jello and stir until dissolved.
Add cream cheese.
Stir until smooth.
Let cool 2 to 3 minutes.
Add nuts, apples, and Cool Whip.
Pour into 8x8 inch square pan.
Keep in refrigerator.
