AUTUMN APPLE SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) lemon jello
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. apples, chopped fine
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions

  • Combine pineapple and sugar in saucepan.
  • Boil 3 minutes and stir while boiling.
  • Add jello and stir until dissolved.
  • Add cream cheese.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Let cool 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add nuts, apples, and Cool Whip.
  • Pour into 8x8 inch square pan.
  • Keep in refrigerator.
