Ingredients

1-2 firm but ripe avocados
lemon or lime juice
good quality creamy French or Italian style dressing
crushed potato chips


Peel and cut avocado into chunks.


Sprinkle with lemon or lime juice. Coat with dressing. Roll in potato chips to coat.



Spear with a toothpick and arrange on serving plate.
