  • ½ cup of Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1/4 of Onion sliced into rings
  • Juice of ½ of a lime
  • ½ a Green Plantain*
  • drizzle Olive oil and Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in a bowl
